Because all products sold by Savvy Tech Grandma are handmade, slight variations are normal and are not considered defects. Returns are accepted only under the following conditions: - The item arrives damaged or defective - The item received is incorrect
To request a return, you must contact Savvy Tech Grandma within 2 days of receiving your order and provide proof of the issue (such as photos).
Approved returns may be eligible for a replacement or refund, at my discretion.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund: - Items with normal handmade variations - Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear - Custom or personalized items- Items damaged in shipping.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We are not responsible for misspellings on personalized items. There will be no returns for customer errors in personalization.
