Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days of receiving the order.

If an item requires personalization, please allow an additional 2 business days for processing before shipment.

Processing times do not include shipping transit time.

Shipping Rates and Methods

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

·         Orders over $60 qualify for free shipping.

·         Shipping rates are based on pricing set by third-party shipping carriers and may change without notice.

Savvy Tech Grandma is not responsible for rate changes imposed by shipping providers.

Shipping Locations

Savvy Tech Grandma ships only within the 50 United States.

International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Delays and Service Interruptions

In the event of a service interruption, delay, or disruption caused by shipping carriers or other circumstances beyond our control, shipping times may be longer than estimated.

Any such delays will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and I will make reasonable efforts to communicate updates when possible.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Savvy Tech Grandma is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.
