REFUND POLICY

Because all products sold by Savvy Tech Grandma are handmade, slight variations are normal and are not considered defects.

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions: - The item arrives damaged or defective - The item received is incorrect

To request a return, you must contact Savvy Tech Grandma within 2 days of receiving your order and provide proof of the issue (such as photos).

Approved returns may be eligible for a replacement or refund, at my discretion.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund: - Items with normal handmade variations - Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear - Custom or personalized items- Items damaged in shipping.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
